## Who we are

- Founded by the team that built and scaled Kick Game to £60m in revenue — one of
  Europe's largest sneaker resale marketplaces.
- Two sides of one company: **Zelph Agency** (embedded engineering for clients) and
  **Zelph** (our own resale-commerce SaaS platform, live with brands across the UK/EU).
  We run production software ourselves, so we build like owners, not contractors.

- Senior by default — small teams (typically 2–4 engineers plus a technical lead).
- Client owns all code and IP from day one; no lock-in.
- First production software ships within weeks; engagements typically run 3–12
  months with a defined end state, not open-ended retainers.
- Pricing: monthly team rate, scoped before starting.

## Selected work

- **Mamedica** (mamedica.co.uk) — the UK's leading medical cannabis clinic. We built
  their bespoke MedTech platform spanning patient management, bookings, video
  consultations, prescriptions, pharmacy, invoicing, and inventory. Mamedica ranked
  #8 in The Sunday Times 100 fastest-growing private companies 2026 — the first
  medical cannabis company in the ranking's 29-year history — serving 15,000+
  patients since 2022.
